Production Time

All our garments are hand-made, and production is now taking 7-14 days (Available in standard sizes and made-to-measure sizes). If you need to speed up, please contact us after placing the order, We can complete the production within 3-5 days at the fastest, Orders are sent out when production is complete.

If you need your order urgently, please email and discuss with us first, we will check production line and charge a bit reasonable expedited cost.

Shipping Time:

We provide worldwide shipping service. To protect your privacy, all of your latex purchases are being shipped in discreet packaging. On the packaging is no discernible indication regarding the content. Our dispatching agent is just as discreet, any latex related content will not be visible.

We have several shipping options which are based on the weight of your order, as always no matter which is chosen we ship as plain as possible in packaging.

  • DHL or FedEx – our preferred method,  4-7 days is the typical delivery time world-wide.   We adjust our rates with DHL/FedEx in order to achieve the best value for you. You just need to pay $15, We will pay additional shipping fees for your order.
  • Free Shipping – slow, takes sometimes 10 days to most of the Americas and European countries.  We can still give you a tracking number with this option. The shopping cart amount must be more than $99 to use the free shipping option

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and keep clean and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Full Refund
1: If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason, No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Partial Refund
1: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will refund 70% of the order amount.

2: Custom orders and made to measure orders also accept for return, but we will refund only 40% of the order amount, consumer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@vexskinlatex.com
